McKessock, President of the Local Council of Women of Sudbury (October 16, 1912), the Provincial Police acknowledgment letter (October 17, 1912), the Superintendent Roger's reply to the complaint (October 19, 1912), and Mrs McKessock's reply letter (October 21, 1912). Also included is an Archives of Ontario Request Slip to see R.G. 23, Series File E-18 1.16 Sudbury - Complaints of Loose Morality and Against Chinese Residents Ontario Provincial Police File Regarding 1912 as well as various correspondence between Michael Kelly and the Ontario Provincial Police discussing Kelly's request to view these records at the Archives of Ontario.

Board affiliations with other trustee associations, conference attendance, teacher upgrading courses, faculty and staff employment, building renovations, supplies, field trips, renting school space to the Blezard-Hanmer High School Board for teaching, changes in the curriculum, smoking by students at a graduation dance, windstorm damage to school building, creation of a playing field at the back of the school, a contract with Canadian Union of Public Employees, instillation of a punch clock and other topics are discussed. Internal correspondence between the school board and the trustees (including a letter with two photostat pages attached concerning the Canadian Union of Public Employees and Chelmsford Valley District Composite High School Board non-teaching employees), a xerox copy of a Disposition of Dispute between the Chelmsford Composite School Board and the non-teaching employees, a certified true copy of an item of business that transpired at a special meeting of the Chelmsford Valley District High School Board on February 24th, 1966 involving Section 89 of the Labours Relation Act section 202 RSO 1960, non-teaching staff strikes, a memorandum concerning unlawful picketing at the school and the need to send letters to ratepayers with a copy of the salary schedule of the janitorial staff, and handwritten notes on lined paper are also included in the minute book.
